I`sa  a Prophet of God "Jesus, the Son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger. Many were the messengers that passed before him. His mother was a truthful woman. They both had to eat their food. See how Allah makes His signs clear to them, yet see in what way they are deluded away from the truth." 5/75.

"Masih, I`sa (Jesus) alay his salam, Son of Maryam (Mary) is the Messenger of Allah and His word which He gave to Maryam (Mary) and a Spirit proceeding from Him." 4/171.

 The Quran has also recorded a statement from Jesus, declaring himself to be a Messenger in the following verse : "And remember Jesus, the Son of Maryam (Mary), when he said, "O Children of Israel! I am the Messenger of Allah, sent to you, confirming the law which came before me, and giving glad tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name will be Ahmed." But when he came to them with vivid signs, they said, "This is apparent magic." 61/6. Imam Bukhari(d.256/834) has narrated that the prophet Muhammad  said, "If anyone testifies that none has the right to be worshipped, but Allah alone who has no partners, and that Muhammed is a slave and His messenger and that Jesus is Allah’s slave and His messenger and His word which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit created by Him and that Paradise is true and Hell is true; Allah will admit him into Paradise with the deeds he has done, even if those deeds were few."
